Longwood Center for Structural & Chemical Biology
Our laboratory answers biochemical and structural biology questions in fields related to cancer research with a focus on transcriptional and translational cellular processes.
We believe that a better molecular and structural understanding of these processes will reveal novel cancer drug targets.
We therefore generate high quality protein reagents (recombinant protein expression and purification) and conduct biophysical, biochemical, and structural characterization experiments to uncover novel mechanisms of action. See all our methods here.
And within integrated teams of clinicians, biologists, and chemists, we perform in-vitro studies that facilitate development of novel chemical probes, tool compounds, and drug therapies.
If you are looking for a partner and collaborator on your mechanism- or therapeutic-focused project, don't hesitate to contact us.
